Songs of a Synsuous Nature #8 - A Cautionary Tale

There are those who curse the gods,
And those who curse their fate.
But those who curse their fellow are the ones I truly hate.

It is easy to spew ire
On those who are nearby.
These are the many fools that I ne'er will admire.

Always do your best,
To snuff your hatred and your pride.
For the light which it brings, will make you grow inside.

Heed my simple song,
Lay down your pain and strife.
Then you, too, may have a friend for life.
